On thing that billions of dollars of VC capital proved was that everyone underestimated the stockholm syndrome of a banking customer. The No fee, on a BaaS, a nice UX, and some Google ads playbook doesn’t work. 
We took a different approach. We’ve been able to have record months at @Novo_HQ since we focused on what really matters: giving small business owners more time back to do what they love. Our product is built around a new category of automating the back office and eventually destroying it. Banks can’t compete with that since their processes inherently require you to call in or go into a branch for any simple task. At Novo our customers use that hour with family or on their passion; the exact reason why they started their business in the first place. No bank can beat that value prop.
