“That’s so messed up”

by Larry Chiang on April 29, 2015

Larry Chiang’s 5th book, What They Don’t Teach You At Stanford Business School, launched after a Harvard Law School keynote on the New York Fashion Week runway 09-09-2009. He knows how to sniff out grand openings and crashed them with his dog Baxter. As CEO of Duck9, he spearheads to effort to get college consumers get a FICO over 750. Post H.L.S. keynote, Harvard Business wrote: “What They Don’t Teach You at Stanford Business School” (his latest post was done #shirtless as a yogi who “Sets an intention for SXSW“.

NY Fashion Week has supermodels getting a high FICO credit score because I supermodel on-the-side

The world is sometimes messed up. I went to a public school like Cal. Trust me when I say I’ve seen more than my statistical share of messed up shitake*
I’m Larry “Brass-balls” Chiang. I cut my teeth blogging a TC article that got two deans and an admin fired**. I don’t take threats to undergrads and poor treatment of public school kids laying down. I take action to reverse a wrong-doing***
Here is a wrong #startberkeley. Rachel Tsao wanted to do an Entrepreneur Week. She’s an undergrad. She could not call it “Cal entrepreneur Week”.

Cal Founders Will Speak at #CalEweek (in theory) –

Larry Chiang (@LarryChiang)

Cal has a tradition of great founders.

As an Asian founder who dumbed down and sandbagged for success, I recognize and encourage Asian founders from Cal to do the same.

Yup, the same Larry Chiang from #ENGR145, Stanford Engineering 145, Technology Entrepreneurship.

Yes, YC used to come to Cal for #StartupSchool. But then Cal wanted to charge and then YC’s “Startup School” never came back. YC is 40 minutes away in Mountain View, CALIF

YC’s @ilikevests will be judging Berkeley Entrepreneurship Week’s Demo Day tonight. Come say hi: berkeleyeweek.com #startberkeley
Kevin Hale (@ilikevests)
Many thanks to #startberkeley for inviting me to speak. As promised, here are my slides: speakerdeck.com/roundedbygravi…

If you missed @ilikevests (YC Partner) keynote at #startberkeley, check out his older talk at youtube.com/watch?v=tBWFfx… similar & awsome!

It’s true. I’m the one that introduced Jessica Ma to PG at YC.

Get an SPG #AmexDuck9 card and you can sleep free at W hotel for sxsw or the Super Bowl
YC will just accept people like that. While I won’t meet you for a coffee at Coupa, you’re free to cold email any YC partner and cc me “Larry @duck9.com” is for spam. Chiang9. Yes, that includes YC partner “Peter”
Learn to cold email as a cal CS major. I would google Evan Reas. He backdoored a cs degree after an MBA. Yup, he’s YC too
*College student dropout rate due to credit card debt in 2008 was astronomical
** See TechCrunch SSE labs article I wrote.
*** Card Act helped my eliminate college student dropouts due to credit card debt
Obvi, as solo founder of #CalEWeek, you, the Cal engineering undergrad, are free to use it. I’m larry
