My bio is super simple… i started a small business in college because my mentor, Mark McCormack, helped me.
I am an alumni of the University of Illinois and put myself through engineering school by selling automobiles and promoting my credit score scoring business. Higher FICO credit scores means lower cost car loans. In Silicon Valley, I helped turn around Confinity before it was PayPal
As a hobby, I got into Stanford b-school for $2. 🏴☠️ Yes, the GSB let me attend Professor Irv Grousbeck’s class, #stramgt353, “Tech Ventures Creationâ€. I prepared so well, he let me guest lecture.

Was so scared. But I took that lesson and delegated speaking to undergrads when I taught, #ENGR145, Technology Entrepreneurship as Stanford’s founding EIR, Entrepreneur in Residence.
For fun, I play pickup basketball. Not gonna lie, I am pretty good. Even though I’m 6’ 4â€, I do not like to rebound. Shooting 3🏀’s is what every ex Baseball pitcher prefers. A 3 pointer is like a long distance connection because I like to put it in the hole.
Speaking of 3’s, I got Steve Kerr’s cellphone number while at a tech party in San Francisco.
He’s the SF Warriors head coach now! And while I did NOT hold his trophy, I did read his book and I did notice his Seattle Seahawks t-shirt 👀. I ❤️Easter Eggs.
