by Larry Chiang on August 5, 2015

By Larry Chiang

Remember in the movie, Matrix when Keanu Reeves sat with the other gifted ‘potentials’?  Well, call me the EFFEN oracle because this YC essay inspired, AP-like-test score is going to take 2 – 20 people to the next, next level. Yes, two to 20 in 63,030 are gonna be successful.

You see, I see YC like a grad school. But way more competitive and way more “street”. By street, I mean street business smart. Yup, I’m kinda a scary Obi Wan Kenobi inking a street smart deal with Han Solo. (R2D2 being a Jedi is a different post) Similar to how I say Chewbacca, was CTO of the Millennium Falcon. Very smart.
