View in browser COMMUNITY TIMELINE UPDATE   There has been great progress in construction at Gravity ATX and we are nearing completion. However, as we progress towards the finish line, we have been faced with a couple of delays due to an interruption in supply of electrical components needed to provide power to the buildings. Additionally, the City of Austin is experiencing delays with commercial inspections due to a lack of manpower. We are hoping for an update on timing at the end of this month and will continue to share those updates with you as progress is made. At this time, we are not able to provide a date for walk throughs or closings until we receive further information on these two matters.   While these obstacles have impacted the community construction timeline, the Legacy MCS Construction Team is continuing to make progress on the areas of the community that have not been affected by these challenges. As you can see from the photos below the interior trim and paint within the common area hallways has begun, carports are being constructed and the marquee signage along the skybridge has been installed.   We thank you for your patience while our Team works through these setbacks.
