Avoid and Duck Chapter 9 Bk (Bankruptcy)

by Larry Chiang on March 30, 2015

By Larry Chiang
There is a form of bankruptcy where you’re so worthless that creditors do not bother going after your assets BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO ASSETS.
Consumer Bk (bankruptcy) is called a charge-off [note: “9” is credit code ChargeOff as per #ExpTransFax; Experian, Trans Union, Equifax]. Startup Bk {bankruptcy = Bk} is called Assignment-for-Benefit-of-Creditors. I call this misnomer #Ch9Bk because chapter 9 is my chapter and my mentors chapter on entrepreneurship
Lets not go Bk
Let’s avoid and Duck 9’s.
Let’s avoid and  #duckCh9bk

The key to living and #duckCh9bk is to cross the chasm using another Prod Dev Cycle that’s been adopted #mainSt #ENGR145 #ctcFTR

Almost all of YC deaths are due to the fact that the IQ 150 team of Y-Combinator co-founders die fighting the gravity. They die in the chasm

Don’t die.

In 2015, this 1/4 revolution around this goldilockian watery rock, all y’all are stuck on the 1991 book by human Geoffrey Moore

Right now in March on planet Earth, we are reliant upon the wisdom of Geoffrey Moore. He named the problem that kills founders and YCombinator founders in a book called “Crossing the Chasm”. That was 1991

The key is to know that “The Chasm” is real. It kills so many teams of IQ 200 people. Will u cross the chasm!? My friends all do and luv me

Look, I dumbed my IQ 270 brain to speak at the IQ 88 level.

This selfie has all the makings of a #SelfieNoSelf. I took it. Oh yes, I’ll crop myself out. I just schooled you about Founders Fund VCs being your “non employee co-founder”. Get it!? Non employee co-founder parallels #SelfieNoSelf because the vc co-founder gets no credit and actually jacks up the cost per share.
Now that we agree, I’m smarter than you, let’s proceed ;-P

The key is to cross the innovation chasm by having rapport w retarded dinosaurs. While being respectful of their power #ctcFTR

This ENGR145 video helps you with dinosaurs, aka seasoned executives, and moves you to the right on the entrepreneur bell curve
Larry Chiang (@LarryChiang)
The key isn’t to see old people as dumb and blind to simple innovations

You must help seasoned executives vet and remove risk at every stage of innovation. If you can’t search for a blog post I’ve written, effen text me

Larry Chiang (@LarryChiang)
The key isn’t to see the innovation

The key is to see the steps leading to an innovation you see. Violate this law my mentor taught me at great danger to yourselves.

Read my last piece “Part IV”. The part IV that Steve Blank wouldn’t write.
Selfie no self is my innovation, but I gave it up without intellectual property protection because I’m a giver.
I’m on the right
