LARRY CHIANG answer: It’s two cards. Zero balance. 24 months of charging $15.oo – $19.98. And nearly immediately paying the FULL BALANCE. Paying on those accounts twice per month. Then using envelopes to check to see that our rights are protected as per FCRA.

You’re mailing mail to the FTC’s “annual credit report” via PO box 105281. Then using envelopes to augment positive information going in.
Let me repeat.
When you charge $20 and pay off $20, use envelopes to see if you’re adding positive information into Experian TransUnion Equifax.
Then, use envelopes to confirm negative credit data gets reduced, minimized, mitigated or essentially, eliminated. The use of the #10 envelopes conforms to American credit law under FCRA

Step #1) Buy stamps from post office.
Step #2) Get #10 sized business envelopes size number 10. Purchase 31 envelopes.
Step 3) put a stamp on an envelope.
Step 4… “Upload a picture of the envelope and stamp in the right (as per the chewbacca and Han Solo stamp. Your choice of stamp may vary)
4a) Tag me, “Larry Chiang” on facebook. We do not need to be friends for you to tag me. Do not facebook fan me either.
Lets just raise your FICO score.
This is done via a sequence of steps that pertain to you. People have a different sequence of envelope mailing.
