English Speaking Engineers of Taichung Going to Tai Da, Entrepreneurship Up, Biatches

by Larry Chiang on July 15, 2015

By Larry Chiang
The smartest of the smart people in Indian engineering schools complain: “But Larry Chiang doesn’t sound sincere.”
Taiwanese people: MBA school is too short AND too expensive to not laugh. So is life 😉 Think of me as a Taichung exotic shih tzu. Imperial.
Born and bred in America. But Chinese, Chinese at the core.
And fun (btw, I’m peeing high on a tree right now so (Yoshi) Brady Cha-Chiang {#yBCC} can lead to potty outside.
He’s ABCD
I’m abc.
Let’s hack some startup MONEY
(ABCD is American Born Chinese Dog. Aka shih tzu. White people bred him!)
By hack money, I mean optimize cash revenue IN:

Larry Chiang (@LarryChiang)
#MBGH isn’t to be confused with the now defunct hashtag, “#MBFW” (#NYFW
Its #mobileBeat#growthHacking. Yup, I DJ’d the 2 & teased the 5th!

MBGH is mobileBeat#growthHacking

mobileBeat is venture beats mobile conference; #growthHacking is…

Andrew Lee Miller (@Andrewleemiller)
@mattyk35 just discussing what is actually mentioned in name. To me #GrowthHacking = guerrilla online marketing. Aggressiveness.

Ditto what Mike Prasad (@mikeprasadsaid in fB and says later down below.

Andrew Lee Miller (@Andrewleemiller)
@ehrenreilly no I agree w/ that short definition. Just frustrated by overuse when not applicable to events, job applicants etc #MobileBeat

In short, Taiwanese entrepreneurs in America are guilty of attempting #GrowthHacking without implementing the methods of Taichung’s Tien Yuen. (They just had a 60th anniversary party and I crashed that gala. Thank god I am hawt!)

Here is what I learned: #GrowthHacking is as old as Cindy Chiang’s father’s, uncle! Guerrilla online marketing was precursored by guerrilla real world  marketing
See Mike McCue’s TWITTER. He started Flipboard and let KPCB invest.

I view my feed both here and on Fb as an AP test for money. Score well and you are rich. Its a @Flipboard ‘magazine’ of the same title #MBGH

Larry Chiang (@LarryChiang)
for those looking at #mobileBeat but not finding #growthHacking. know that I invented a programming language called #larryChiangSky cc #MBGH

Why a programming language and not an app!?
Larry Chiang Sky is American English. Like Silicon Valley, english. Americans in America speaking English do not integrate hashtags. In Silicon Valley, the best-of-the-best at growthHacking use signature business protocols.

growthHacking via Larry Chiang Sky is a set of great business startup recipes that my mentor wrote out in a 1983 book. So, in short, Larry Chiang Sky
Waze used a bunch of real world growth hacking hacks. Oh yess! I took time to write out the recipes
#larryChiangSky are 1983 business recipes written out into revenue producing protocols. To metaphor link it to something complicated. It’s NLP
Neuro Linguistic Programming

Larry Chiang Sky is like Tom Brady in the 5 second meetings at his job. He needs to scream out JarGashTag (jargon hashtag) over ambient decibel 200 noise to communicate
I have to communicate this using Larry Chiang Sky

Every dollar I saved not paying the @StanfordBiz tuition nut, I plowed direct back into the Stanford community #26Feb2013 #MBGH #ENGR145 #cs

Larry Chiang (@LarryChiang)
HI @Andrewleemiller do you know @mikeprasad His fB feed looks like your $TWTR feed #MobileBeat#GrowthHacking viewpoint. He’s there! #MBGH

Mike Prasad (@mikeprasad)
@LarryChiang @Andrewleemiller thanks for the intro! Shoot me a DM?

Larry Chiang (@LarryChiang)

Larry Chiang (@LarryChiang)
best tweets about #growthHacking at #mobileBeat, I embedded in to a WordPress…
What else to add?!?

Larry Chiang (@LarryChiang)
Today, my heart goes out to the sports agent(s)’ whose player get dui’d.

That’s gonna hurt

Remember. Before Ryan became a billionaire, he growth hacked 4sq
Yes, I’m funny.
Remember, Einstein said: “sorry I didn’t have time to make it simpler. I say “Sorry, I didn’t have time to make it more hiLarryAss
