“How I Became YC Famous”

So, YC is this cool startup incubator concept. You apply and they accelerate you for approximately 12 weeks. I was and am a fan. I went to many startup mentorship events, demo days and Startup Schools.
Then one year, I got cut.
YC had gotten too popular for li’l old me. I was caught in a “numbers game”. There wasn’t enough space.
All my life I’ve been told three isnt enough space. “Don’t sit there mao mao. Bu ko dee fong”.” Thats Chinglish from my Shanghainese grandpa for, Don’t sit on my lap, you’re too big and there isn’t enough space.
Well, I was 5’11” when I was 10 so I learned to make space. After YC turned me away, I annexed the space next to YC. “Interior Door” is the space next to YC. I squatted 10,000 square feet of space. rented a party tent and got VIP chairs. On a BBQ, I cooked those li’l bitchezz food.
Small secret: There is a cheerleader inside the Oregon mascot (bound for Dallas as #2 Oregon plays #4 Ohio State).
Disclosure: I may have financially benefitted from maybe having prepared Ashleigh’s FICO credit score.
And I even parked cars for the VIPs.
And treated food for the Interior Door team!!
