The old way to do case study was to either look at it from a coroner’s perspective or historian’s.
Both are hindsight.
In the same way we dont manage a power plant by staring into dashboard metrics fixated on the rear view datapoints, we want to hone, find and flex our decision making muscles. An engineering entrepreneurial perspective is to immerse and participate. It is also possible to interrupt*. Business is not a spectator sport. Engineering entrepreneurship education isn’t history. It is at the front lines of change.
Remember the difference between a sophomore in engineering and a 30 year old has never been smaller. Let’s look at Plancast from a live action case study perspective.
To prepare: google and read up Plancast.
