Sprinklr Acquires Dachis Group- CONGRATS JEFF

Hi Friend,

I’m writing to share some transformative news for the future of social business: Sprinklr has Acquired Dachis Group and I’m incredibly excited to tell you about it.

For the last 5 years Dachis Group has been a pioneer in helping the world’s largest enterprises succeed and grow in the new, social world that we live in. We started with a belief that a more social and engaged business could deliver outsized business results. This led to an idea, the formation of our company, and a white paper on Social Business Design. Soon we were working with some of the biggest companies and brightest minds in the world of social technology.

Since then, social business has became the de facto term to describe our industry.

We’ve written books, published journals, held more than 20 Social Business Summit events around the world, and engaged the world in a dialog about how we could all help create a more connected and engaged economy. Most importantly we built world-class technology and advisory services to help businesses seize the opportunity presented by social technology.

From the very beginning we knew we were on to something big, something very special, and something we believe will continue to transform the business and economic landscape as we know it.

Today’s news confirms it.

Sprinklr is a fantastic company with great people and market leading technology, in fact Forrester recently called them “the most powerful social technology on the market.” I couldn’t be happier or more excited about this acquisition.

From our first conversations with the Sprinklr team it was clear that we were 100% aligned on our vision for the future of business.

I founded Dachis Group on the principle that businesses everywhere must adapt to a world of empowered consumers, widespread transparency, and rapidly changing technology. Those are the very same reasons driving Sprinklr forward.

Looking across the landscape we can see that we’ve made a lot of progress. In just 5 years we’ve traveled from a world of brands afraid to tweet to a world where nearly every Super Bowl commercial has a hashtag. And from a world where Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn were money-losing ventures, to a world where all three are public companies thriving in their own right.

It was, and remains an exciting time to be involved with Social Business, and the progress will continue. The demand for our services is massive and with the combination of Dachis Group and Sprinklr the company is poised to win.

As you can probably tell, I’m excited about the days to come. But with that said, while Dachis Group is now fully part of Sprinklr, that doesn’t mean that our clients will see any difference in the excellent service they’ve come to expect. The complete Dachis Group offering of both software and services is being integrated into the Sprinklr organization and our amazing clients will experience no disruption in the delivery of services.

Finally, I want to say thank you to everyone that has been a part of our success at Dachis Group. It’s been a long ride from a whiteboard in Austin, Texas to this next step in the journey.  Each and every current and former Dachis Group employee, family member, friend, client, and advocate has had an impact on the vision we created together.

Stay tuned, there’s more to come.
