Uber’s Credit Problem

by Larry Chiang on April 16, 2016

By Larry Chiang
More people would use Uber if more people had better credit scores. A lot of people that do not have banking relationships use taxis by paying cash. Cash is a significant component of transportation expenditures as per the CEO of Amex, Kenneth Chanault
The non-banked and creditcard-less are locked out of Uber.

For #ENGR145 practice, we will promote Uber to a huge segment of Main St: Those with bad FICO scores that want to use Uber

Let’s practice the customer development cycle inside the Main St vertical of “people who have bad credit but are curious about Uber”. [The hashed area up above]
