Urban Myths

Mentorship about FICO scores needs to be derived directly from federal usa credit laws. The credit score algorithm is pretty clear.

Call this number, and make a request to stop getting junk mail. This will increase your credit score.

Gramm-Leach-Bliley does not work this way.

Urban credit myth #9 that is not true.…

Calling 888-567-8688 will not increase your FICO score. 888-567-8688 will only get you more credit and insurance junk mail.

@lionelthomasjr this FTC /OCC protective measure from the 1970’s assumed overseas long distance would cost 35c/min. Rt now cost is 0

An Indian telemarketer making $1/day is using the Internet to make long distance telephone spam calls. Google Robo-calls. Best robo call list is the Do Not Call list. The do not call list is America to AMERICAN calls. The Do Not Call list is a live list

@LarryChiang It worked for me….

“0.000 increase in FICO when you call an 800, 888 or 877 number to be removed from a domestic spam/Do Not Call list”
