There is a form of bankruptcy where you’re so worthless that creditors do not bother going after your assets BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO ASSETS.
Consumer Bk (bankruptcy) is called a charge-off [note: “9” is credit code ChargeOff as per #ExpTransFax; Experian, Trans Union, Equifax]. Startup Bk {bankruptcy = Bk} is called Assignment-for-Benefit-of-Creditors. I call this misnomer #Ch9Bk because chapter 9 is my chapter and my mentors chapter on entrepreneurship
