Millbrae red light camera in 2013 has a car I own with a front axle inside the intersection. It was taken by a Scottsdale Arizona company that issued the ticket from AZ. In the year, 2013, I had a valid (ticket free. Virgin) drivers license.

September 2014, a fine young officer enthusiastically booked me at 72mph on the highway. Who knew I-80 has a section at 50mph 🙂
