Secret one. I only work with engineering undergrads
Secret two: if you’re 22 or 23 you’re too old. Plus the crappy economy plus crappy Silicon Valley mentors makes you too too difficult to un-train
Secret three: it’s all about a secret society of mentors
Secret 4: mentor mentions per press interview
Secret 5: it’s a secret but it is private and public
Getting in is a secret. Once you’re in you promote it hard because you hide in plain, transparent view
