ENGR 145 Can Help You Get RECRUITED Into Stanford

by Larry Chiang on November 25, 2013

By Larry Chiang
ENGR145 is “Tech Entrepreneurship”
I’ve helped more entrepreneurs under 21 years old make more wealth with ENGR 145 knowledge, since Tom Kosnik, Mark McCormack and Steven Zumdahl taught me (when I was an undergrad engineer transitioning to legendary entrepreneur). If you want to get into Stanford as a high school student… Recommendation letters from ENGR145 won’t get it done.
Acing entrepreneurship in the pattern I recognize will have Stanford Engineering (or your backup, MIT) recruiting you to come as hard as they recruited me.*
*I played a sport! But yes, you guessed it: Asian parents.

ENGR145 has 7 hashtags in a video YOU MUST GOOGLE. Yes, set the entrepreneur bell curve (Tweet
Please please do not disrespect Tom Kosnik’s class by showing up not having read and pre studied. Pretend like it is SAT prep. Put 1/1000th the effort into doing really well at ENGR 145.
Just like entrepreneurship, your first attempt should not look like your virgin run. Book smart stanford kids now street-smartedly prepare, practice, Re prepare. It’s not a class to stockpile knowledge. It’s a class to practice executing a “lemonade stand ENGR 145 business concept”
