Photo Blog Recap and Summary of A-list NYE Party and Entrepreneurship Themes of Silicon Valley

by Larry Chiang on January 1, 2015

Larry Chiang’s 5th book, WTDTYASBS, launched at a Harvard Law School keynote, so he knows about grand openings (He even attends and promotes the ones he isn’t invited to also). As CEO of Duck9, he leads an army to help college student consumers get a FICO over 770. Post H.L.S. keynote, Harvard Business wrote: “What They Don’t Teach You at Stanford Business School” (his latest post: “Setting an intention for SXSWi“.

I go where the hawt girls text me to go. Here, I am sitting front row at NY Fashion Week. Tory Burch’s launch is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G

Silicon Valley loves two things: Entrepreneurship and parties.
This blog is meant to expose you to understand how stuff really works, how it’s going to turn out and what to pay attention to if you’d like to be rich as an engineering student executing entrepreneurship (with a high FICO 🙂
Both partying and entrepreneurship were in force at Steve Chen’s Alist extravaganza. The party took place on 45,000 square feet of space with 7,000+ party goers.

Happy New Years! #WestinNYE @WestinStFr ‘Westin NYE’ just so fun!…

The Alist party at #WestinNYE was a great opportunity for #SelfieNoSelf pics

Selfie no-self parallels a deep entrepreneur concept called ‘non employee co-founder’. Just like how I took this selfie…,

I cropped myself but my residual energy, genius and positive energy pores in. The siddle helps the photo subject matter climax and crescendo in energy.
The application to entrepreneurship is direct. My super large brain filled with my mentors recipes. Signature business recipes and maneuvers help founders build equity and self fund. Thus, I act as the non employee co-founder. You literally crop me out
But you get wood like this tree because my mentor’s business recipes just work so darn well
Selfie no self with my community college’s mascot. It’s a Christmas tree because I rain the gift of my mentors recipes daily like St Nick.
If you’re foreign and your parents families’ ancestors were raped and killed by neighboring countries, factions, and exiled warlords, St Nick is Santa Claus. He loves American kids. He uses my Duck9 (credit risk and credit policy) algorithm to tell if college students are naughty or nice. Santa = cool. Think of me as your santa. While I cannot un-rape the asian people Japan plundered, I can dole out some great advice on startups SO YOU CAN BUY GIFTS FOR YOUR SELF

Who are welcome!?

My community’s college plays a football game in a large bowl. Literally a $1,000,000,000 building in the shape of a bowl. It’s called “Levi’s Stadium”
I welcomed the school that visited: “University of Maryland”

Good game kids.
Tonight, I’m at @WestinStFr 2-2:14 for autographs Jk, come say hi #westinNYE

It’s not just me that helped University of Maryland, Steve Blank did too
