Most people see the PO Box as a collect-all for spam.
I view it as a stack-over flow hack to update right to the credit bureaus mainframe. What I mean is that it is a little known loophole that few people use. CS majors understand that stack-over flow is a method to outsmart the security system. Use paper like this Duck9 blog post and hit those PO Boxes
