Setting Up Your iPhone to EUTWMPPM

by Larry Chiang on July 31, 2014

Larry Chiang can do more with two iPhone 4s than a team of MBAs. On his black iPhone, he wrote the “Fifth Epiphany”. After speaking at Harvard, they wrote “What They Don’t Teach You at Stanford Business School“. Now, he writes at Harbus on the topic of being a “Jedi in Business Administration”.

EUTWMPPM is the thing that makes me legendary to males old and young. When females do it, they feel “imposter syndrome-y” because it catapults them so far forward.
I wanted to call this article, “How to set up your iPhone 7 to do genius entrepreneur things”
At New York Fashion Week, I’m launching my own smartphone — it’ll sell out. Here are some hints as to how to do what I do.
Below is exactly how to set up your phone without having to pay me or wait for Sept 3, 2014’s mbfw event at Amex’s Lincoln Center (by Tresemme. Excuse me…, TRESemme. Behind the Papyrus).
Sales for my smartphone will end when mbfw ends: Sept 11, 2014
Problem: your company has nothing and no momentum. No sales and no chance to get VC funding.
Solution: set up your phone.
– Step ONE-
Minimum viable blog posts.
Do them.
Your phone can email pics and this helps you
– Step ONE 1a-
Write out 12 sentences
Take two pictures
Focus on one focus.
This is a MVBP
It’s the business subroutine “minimum viable blog post”
It’s the signature business maneuver MVBP.
12 sentences
2 pics
One focus
For example, “How to set up your iPhone to EUTWMPPM” is the wordpress article.
Write 12 sentences how (in my case 50 sentences but 12 is minimum. 30 is max)
Insert two pictures.
One focus: “How to set up your IPhone to generate business momentum”
– Step TWO –
Have your apps generate business momentum.
– Plancast
– Eventbrite
– YouTube
– twitter/fB
– Flipboard
– PayPal <~ most critical cuz that’s they money
– Quora (if you’re desperate and clueless)
– Step TWO a-
Let me ask you: “if an event took place and that launch party wasn’t covered in the Wall Street Journal, did it really happen!”
Tell them you’re going (Plancast)
Tell them you’re there (FourSquare)
Tell them thanks (/wordpress.)
– Step TWO b-
Let me ask you a question: Guess how many people pre blog the TechCrunch August capital party.
Guess how many super models pre blog Mercedes Benz Fashion Week
I do.
So, if the host used Eventbrite, I email-publish-post to wordpress my RSVP. Along with 12 sentences
And two pictures.
One focus: Larry Chiang to attend August capital techcrunch party aug 1.
– Step TWO b Eventbrite cont’ –
Draft an Eventbrite to do an afterparty
“Larry Chiang minimum viable party afterparty”
Take all one or two blog posts and embed them into a real world event using Eventbrite
For example
Reverse VC party
For example
Larry Chiang Ted afterparty
For example
“Larry Chiang Stanford Mall entrepreneur week”
For future example
CalEweek (California Entrepreneur Week)
– Step TWO c-
A 0:28 to 0:35 video.
Use your Larry-Chiang-Amazon-smartphone to do a video after you buy one Sept 4 for a 0:28 to 0:35 video.
No shorter than 0:27
No longer than 0:36
Then upload to YouTube
Take the email video confirmation YouTube sends you and then embed that video in to a MVBP (minimum viable blog post)
All of a sudden your crappy blog and crap blog post just got awesome because google and the google crawlers love wordpress blog posts with embedded videos.
For example
for example
Most people are shy and can’t star in a 0:28 to 0:35 video. That’s good news for us because me and you just execute because we went to engineering school to be millionaires
Remember for our YouTube videos
No shorter than 27 seconds
No longer than 36 seconds
– Step FOUR – aka Step 2d!
Twitter. Set up your
Most women have a million excuses to not do twitter. I’ve addressed at least 650 of those concerns when I blogged as a woman in “women 2.0”
Embed those tweets into wordpress
For example

– Step TWO e-

“Curation leads to creation”
– Larry Chiang
#ENGR145 curator
America’s First, First Chair Entrepreneur
I “Motivationally Listen” by reading and curating.

For example

How do I, in a white hat method, create a link farm that is legitimate #eutwmppm

Download the official Twitter app here

– Step TWO F-
This is where the money pours in.
Pay me some to my smartphone
If you send me sixty dollars and seventy seven cents, I’ll approve your comment
UPDATE: sorry I’ve been kicking back rebates. I’ll check wordpress more frequently
– Step TWO G-
Read the Quora TOS (terms of service)
You can actually publish to your blog first before you post to Quora
Check the terms of service
Obvi you can post using your smartphone
Moving right on the entrepreneur bell curve is easy
ENGR 145
– Step TWO H-
Bit ly’s
Is a bit ly I memorized that links to
If you get invited to an event, do a video with their logo
Step Three.
Use a signature file!!
For example my signature below every email is:

Stanford University’s Founding EIR (Entrepreneur in Residence)
Duck9 = Deep Underground Credit Knowledge 9
